MyCarePro Powered by HRPro Appoints Jackie O’Connell as Assistant Director

MyCarePro, powered by HRPro, a provider of personalized health insurance guidance and enrollment support, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jackie O’Connell as Assistant Director.

In this role, O’Connell will support the organization across operations and sales while helping advance MyCarePro’s mission of delivering high-quality, relationship-driven service to individuals navigating complex health insurance decisions.

O’Connell brings more than 24 years of experience within a leading Michigan-based healthcare insurance organization. Throughout her career, she developed deep expertise in member retention, group services, and operational improvement, with a strong focus on delivering solutions that enhance both service quality and long-term engagement.

Her background includes identifying drivers of member disenrollment, resolving complex service issues, auditing claims for accuracy, and developing reporting tools to improve operational effectiveness. O’Connell held progressive roles including Retention Coordinator, Group Services Coordinator, and Small Group Representative, where she was responsible for investigating and resolving member complaints, ensuring accurate payment and member liability, and contributing to both short- and long-term planning initiatives related to member and agent retention.

As Assistant Director, O’Connell will play a key role in supporting MyCarePro’s operational and sales initiatives while working closely with individuals seeking guidance across Medicare, COBRA alternatives, and individual health insurance options.
