Turning 65? Here's a Calm Place to Start With Medicare
Your Initial Enrollment Period lasts seven months. Here's how it works, what the Medicare pieces mean, and how our specialists help you choose with confidence.
Updates on COBRA, Marketplace, Medicare and all things healthcare.
Medicare comes in pieces. Part A and Part B make up Original Medicare, Part C is Medicare Advantage, and Part D covers prescriptions. Medicare Supplement plans sit alongside Original Medicare and fill some of the gaps, and each of these has its own rules, costs and deadlines. Add the flood of mailers and phone calls that arrives every fall, and it makes sense that smart, capable people feel stuck.
Our licensed and certified Medicare specialists take it one piece at a time, in plain language, with you and your parent at the same table or on the same call. We'll ask about the doctors they see, the medications they take, and what matters most to them day to day. Then we explain the options that fit, answer every question you have (including the ones you worried might sound silly), and stay with you until you feel confident about the decision. Your parent stays in the driver's seat the whole way, and we always work with their permission.
A few things are helpful to have nearby when you call:
If you don't have all of that, come anyway and we'll help you find the rest.
You've been looking after them for a long time, and we'd be glad to take some of this off your plate. Visit https://mycarepro.net/medicare-2026 to connect with one of our Medicare specialists, and bring your parent along if they'd like to be part of the conversation.
